Camp and Digital Training Waiver, Release, and Media Consent

By registering for or participating in any camp, clinic, camp-related athletic activity, or digital training program offered by R7 Sports Performance LLC, I understand that physical training and athletic activities involve risks, including falls, collisions, illness, and injury. I voluntarily accept these risks for myself or, if I am registering a minor, for the participant.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release R7 Sports Performance LLC and its owners, employees, coaches, and volunteers from claims for injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from participation in an R7 camp or use of an R7 digital training program, including claims based on ordinary negligence. I understand that digital training programs are not individualized medical care, and I am responsible for choosing activities appropriate to the participant’s ability, following instructions, and stopping if pain or illness occurs. This release does not apply to claims that cannot legally be waived.

I confirm that the participant is able to take part and will disclose relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or restrictions. In an emergency, I authorize R7 staff to seek medical care if I cannot be reached. I understand that I am responsible for related medical costs.

I give R7 Sports Performance LLC permission to photograph or record the participant and use those photos or videos for media, marketing, and promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and other promotional materials, without compensation. If the participant is under 18, I confirm that I am their parent or legal guardian and consent to their participation and to this media use.
