WHAT'S INSIDE THE PROGRAM

Every week includes 4 structured lifts, speed or agility session, and a short ankle prep protocol. Nothing is random — each session has a purpose and a place in the progression. Every day you train, you know exactly what to do and why.
Full Video Library
Step-by-step video demos for every exercise so you know exactly how to move, not just what to do. Watch inside the app before you train.
Progress Tracking Tools
Downloadable workout tracking sheets so you can log your weights, reps, and progress every session and see how far you've come.
VIDEO DEMOS
Every workout includes a full walkthrough video plus clickable demos for every exercise.
These videos break down coaching cues, technique, and execution — so you know exactly how to move for every rep.
Frequently Asked Questions

If your child is an athlete in the off-season who wants to come back faster, stronger, and more explosive — yes. This program is built for competitive players (teen through junior/college level) who are serious about using their off-season to actually develop, not just maintain. If your child is willing to train 4-5 days per week with a real structure and real progression, this is for you.

This is the exact system we used with the Super Bowl-winning Los Angeles Rams. The way we trained, ate, and prepared every single day. Only 0.0015% of players ever reach the Super Bowl — that’s how rare this level is. Until now, this information stayed inside NFL locker rooms — and now it’s finally available to you.

There was an undersized junior varsity player at just 150 pounds. He was on track to ride the bench his junior year BUT committed one full offseason to the 10X Athlete System. THEREFORE, he gained 35 pounds before Week 1, became an All- District Safety, earned 11 Division-1 Scholarship Offers by the end of the season, and now committed to play at San Diego State University on a full ride athletic scholarship.

This program is built around two outcomes:
Add lean muscle — The same way it’s done at the highest level. In the NFL, we weighed in daily and were fined if we missed weight. Inside this system, your calories and protein are set correctly so healthy weight gain becomes inevitable.
Build real strength & speed — I give you the exact workouts, how much weight to lift, how to progressively overload — all in full video format. You won’t just know what to do, you’ll see exactly how to do it. I have videos for everything.
When you eat, lift, and sprint like a Super Bowl–winning athlete, separation becomes inevitable.

Yes. The program starts in the Muscle Endurance phase, which builds the foundation — teaching your body to control force before it produces it. You don't need a background in athletic training to follow this. The video demos and load guidelines walk you through everything. Show up, follow the plan, and the progression does the work
-
Basic free weight gym equipment such as barbell, dumbbells, flat bench.
Mini hurdles, cones and a speed ladder for speed/ agility training.

The recruiting system has permanently shifted. Fewer scholarships are going to high school athletes as college programs prioritize older, experienced transfers — and every year, more roster spots disappear.
Your athlete either develops into a college-ready player now… or risks walking on, paying $40K a semester in tuition, and competing behind seasoned 26 year old transfers with roster security.
