GROUP TRAINING

We have developed a program tailored to middle and high school athletes, boys & girls, offered three days a week where we focus on:

  • Speed & Sprint Mechanics

  • Acceleration & Explosiveness

  • Agility & Change of Direction

  • Footwork & Coordination

Group Schedule

Speed/ Change of Direction:

Monday, 7-8 pm

Tuesday, 7-8 pm

Saturday, 9-10 am

Gym Strength Training:

Tuesday 5:30- 6:15 am

Thursday, 5:30- 6:15

1v1 PRIVATE

A complete prep program tailored for you & your goals. Your personalized plan will consist of:

  • Speed & Agility Training

  • Strength & Explosive Training

  • Meal Plan (Depending on Weight Goals)

  • Sports Specific Training

  • Rehabilitation & Recovery

SEMI- PRIVATE

Partner with athletes of similar needs/ goals and receive the attention of a 1v1 for a fraction of the costs. Still includes:

  • Speed & Agility Training

  • Strength & Explosive Training

  • Meal Plan (Depending on Weight Goals)

  • Sports Specific Training
